Mr. Ottati represents the firm’s clients with respect to various litigation and transactional matters. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Ottati represented clients (defense) with respect to personal injury matters, and in relation to coverage disputes and litigation involving personal and commercial policies. He then became an assistant prosecutor with the Union County Prosecutors Office and quickly advanced to the trial team where he handled a wide range of criminal matters from investigatory phase through to and including trial.

Mr. Ottati spent the first 21 years of his life as a New Yorker. He graduated from the University at Buffalo – SUNY with Bachelor’s degree in History and Political Science. He earned Honor’s in history after completing an independent research paper of publishable quality.  Mr. Ottati earned his juris doctorate from South Texas College of Law Houston in Texas.

Mr. Ottati is licensed to practice in New Jersey, New York, and Texas.
