Mr. Gerhardt is an associate at the firm representing clients in transactional and litigation matters. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Gerhardt worked as a law clerk for the Honorable Christie Bevacqua J.S.C. in Monmouth County. As part of his judicial clerkship, Mr. Gerhardt drafted motions, wrote trial opinions, and successfully mediated settlement conferences. While in law school, Mr. Gerhardt interned for the Office of the Public Defender where he had the opportunity to advocate on behalf of clients in court proceedings. During law school, Mr. Gerhardt also interned in the legal department of a multi-billion-dollar company reviewing, editing, and redlining contracts between large corporations. Mr. Gerhardt graduated cum laude from the University of Tampa with a bachelor’s degree in Sport Management and obtained his J.D. from Barry University School of Law in Orlando.
