Mr. Sarmasti has been a member of the firm since 2004. Previously, Mr. Sarmasti was a manager in the Mergers & Acquisitions Group at PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP, having managed various tax aspects of multi-million and multi-billion dollar transactions. Mr. Sarmasti received his BA from New York University in 1991, his MS in Taxation from Fordham University Graduate School of Business, Lincoln Center in 1993, and J.D. from Brooklyn Law School in 1998. Mr. Sarmasti is admitted to practice in the Federal and State Courts of New Jersey and New York and the United States Tax Court. Mr. Sarmasti is a member of the American Health Lawyers Association, New York Trial Lawyers Association, the New Jersey and New York Bar Associations, and the Bergen County Bar Association.
